Este Properties rents out class “A” office premises in the Este Home & Spa Complex. The administrative building is located at the corner of Atanas Dalchev Str. and Nikolay Haytov Str., next to the Joliot Curie Metro Station.

The customers and guests are welcomed in a spacious, modern lobby with reception desk, underground parking lots, bank office, drug store, cafeterias and the luxurious Este Restaurant. The minimum space for rent is 30 square meters. Office premises are offered with the following setting:

• Plasterboard walls with latex paint finish allowing easy change in the office areas according to the needs of the customers;

• Air-conditioning and ventilation via modern VRF system of Mitsubishi Electric feeding warm, cold and fresh air and allowing independent control and reading for each tenant throughout the year;

• Phone, TV and internet connections within the premises, floor boxes and structured cabling (optics and FTP cat. 6). The security of the building is guaranteed by 24/7 security guards, CCTV surveillance and access control system.
