About Este Home & Spa

Este Home & Spa consists of 9 buildings erected between 2007 and 2011. The buildings naturally form a large enclosed courtyard with limited access for non-residents. There are seven residential buildings, one accommodating the office premises and the luxurious Este Restaurant. The last building accommodates the Este Fitness & Spa Center, office premises and a supermarket. 

The complex accommodates also a bank office, drug stores, dry-cleaning service, hair-dressers and cafeterias. The complex is built with high-quality materials, luxury finishing of common areas, spacious lobbies with doorkeepers in the residential buildings, as well as up to 3 underground garages or parking lots. The team of Este Properties provides for the maintenance, video surveillance and security within the complex.

Este Home & Spa is located in Iztok District, next to the Knyaz Boris Garden and the large boulevards Tsarigradsko Shose and Dragan Tsankov. The proximity to Metro Station Joliot Curie provides quick connection to the city center and Sofia Airport. The district accommodates a number of diplomatic missions, kindergartens and schools, stores and restaurants.
