Este Properties EOOD was founded in 2006 and since then it successfully invests, develops and manages projects in various real estate properties as residential and office buildings, commercial areas and logistics centers. Company`s projects are situated at strategic locations, thus competitive profitability and high investment returns are guaranteed. The company has rich experience also in the facility management area. The ultimate project of Este Properties is related to the investment, building and management of a modern urban-type spa and fitness center. The company has future plans in a construction of a gated complex, situated at a communicative location in the capital city.

The company has approximately 130 employees, all highly qualified and skilled professionals. All departments work in full coherence in order to provide long-term economic success for the company, as well as for its customers and business partners.

The company takes part in national exhibitions and competitions. In 2011 the company was awarded the prestigious prize “Building of the Year in the category “Residential Buildings and Complexes” for one of its biggest projects – Este Home and Spa complex.

Since 2013 Este properties is a member of the Association of the Commercial Buildings Owners in Bulgaria.
